Promising treatment for rheumatoid arthritis
We investigated how a trace element solution combined with L-alanyl-L-glutamine (LG) affects rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

This solution, called LG-WLYS, showed impressive qualities, such as inhibiting harmful cell migration and inflammation.

Our results indicated a shift in macrophage types from M1 to M2, leading to a reduction in various inflammatory markers and improved antioxidant activity.

Overall, LG-WLYS demonstrated strong potential as a therapeutic option for RA, showing both preventive and treatment benefits.

We explored the connection between the LPS/TLR4 pathway and IgA nephropathy (IgAN) in a study using mice models. By establishing various groups, including control and treatment groups with glutamine enteric-coated capsules, our goal was to determine how this pathway could influence immune responses.

The findings revealed that targeting the TLR4 pathway could help regulate immune functions and, potentially, alleviate symptoms of IgAN. This gives hope for new treatment strategies for those affected by this condition.

Glutamine uptake influences T cells
We investigated the role of L-glutamine in T cell differentiation, particularly in oral lichen planus, an autoimmune condition. By studying the ASCT2 transporter's influence on glutamine uptake, we discovered that higher levels of glutamine were associated with increased T cell activity.

However, when we interfered with this uptake, it led to higher reactive oxygen species levels, which reduced T cell differentiation. Our findings suggest that while glutamine uptake can influence T cells, targeting this pathway might offer new treatment avenues for autoimmune diseases, though more research is needed.

Healing leaky gut

Healing intestinal hyperpermeability i.e. "leaky gut". After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis, I realised the connection with leaky gut. High-dose probiotics and digestive enzymes improved my gut health over weeks. L-glutamine has been crucial in healing my leaky gut and addressing malabsorption, and I recommend it highly to others with similar issues.

The intestines express gratitude! My doctor advised L-glutamine as part of my treatment for the intestines, which I previously thought was just another amino acid. It appears the value of L-glutamine has been underestimated. This remarkable amino acid genuinely works wonders in our gut. Poor diet and stress can thin the intestinal lining, leading to what I call "irritable bowel cider." L-glutamine effectively strengthens and rebuilds the intestinal walls, thus enhancing nutrient absorption and preventing harmful substances from entering the bloodstream, which may trigger the body's autoimmune response. I take it during stressful periods but not continuously, allowing my body to produce this amino acid naturally. I take one tablet daily between meals. I hope my experience aids your decision-making. Stay healthy and positive!

I’ve begun taking this for healing my intestinal mucosa, in conjunction with other dietary supplements and an autoimmune protocol diet. I take it two hours before meals as per my nutritionist's advice. My daughter, who has autoimmune thyroiditis, has seen a reduction in her antibodies. I recommend it. If this review helps, do give it a like!

My nutritionist prescribed L-glutamine to treat my leaky gut and, indirectly, my autoimmune disorder. After three weeks, I’ve observed a positive change: my food digests much better and completely. I highly recommend it.

Effective for digestion

L-glutamine has been my go-to for healing my stomach and intestinal mucous membranes, as advised by my gastroenterologist. I take it on an empty stomach, 30-40 minutes before meals, for two months, while adhering to a strict diet. I've noticed a significant improvement; my stomach no longer aches, and my irritable bowel syndrome has diminished. After a 2-3 month break, I plan to purchase another jar. I hope my review assists you, and I wish you good health and digestion!

Significant improvement
I have ordered this for the third time; my husband says this glutamine suits him perfectly. After two months of use, combined with other amino acids, his health has improved significantly. He now works out in the gym at least three times a week and doesn’t feel as fatigued after each session. Overall, this supplement is very economical, lasts a long time, and is cheaper than pharmacy prices.

This product has proven beneficial. After consuming 1.5 bottles, my issue with fecal bleeding showed improvement. However, after six months of stopping, the bleeding returned, thus I'm ordering a third bottle now. I found it effective during use.

This product is absolutely amazing. I have an unusual type of colitis and since I've been using this alongside my prescription medication, I haven’t needed any cortisone. It feels like a miracle. Additionally, I appreciate how quick and reliable the ordering process is from this site.

Reduced symptoms
I purchased it to heal the gastric mucosa but realised that the doses required are large, which makes it difficult to consume so many tablets. However, while using it, I noticed a significant reduction in atopic dermatitis. Unfortunately, the large doses only lasted a few days, which is why I opted for a powder supplement. Thankfully, my stomach did not hurt, and there were no negative consequences.
